Team Effectiveness DiagnosticThe Insights Team Effectiveness Diagnostic is a 360o evaluation of a team's performance in 16 areas of effectiveness. This innovative evaluation acts as a great pre or post assessment as well as a snapshot diagnostic for teams that are struggling to be effective. Each team member completes a 42-question evaluator on how they perceive the team's effectiveness in each of the 16 key areas. Those scores are then compiled and produce a diagnostic report that includes the graph below.
Insights Discovery 360 ProfileInsights Discovery 360 Profile is a 360o feedback instrument on personality and personal style. It uses the Insights model of personality preferences to provide a tool for team-building and personal development. The Insights Discovery 360 can be used in a group situation and is equally effective on a one-to-one basis for appraisal or coaching and development. The 360 is a comparison of one person's self-perception, compared with the perception of the feedback group. The individual's perception is measured using our standard Insights Discovery Personal Evaluator and the Feedback Group use a 10 question 360 Feedback Evaluator. We recommend a minimum feedback group of 6 people and no larger than 18.
