Leslie has had a life-long love of language, and has leveraged her writing skills throughout her corporate and freelance careers. She has developed company newsletters, documented policies and procedures, written white papers, created training materials and served as the "final eyes" on countless business documents.
Since establishing WordShapers in 2002, Leslie has developed resumes for a broad spectrum of positions – from entry level administrator to CEO – in a variety of fields, including Marketing, Finance, Journalism, Real Estate, Legal, Engineering, Project Management, Healthcare and others. In addition, she has created web-site content for numerous small businesses and entrepreneurs.

A native Californian, Leslie earned her BA in journalism at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She is an active Volksmarcher (distance walker) and enjoys travel, hiking, Improv (as a participant), theater, flying, reading and continuous learning.
