The Insights Team Effectiveness Diagnostic is a 360o evaluation of a team's
performance in 16 areas of effectiveness. Based loosely on the Insights
Discovery System, this innovative evaluation acts as great pre-assessment or post-assessment, as well as a snapshot diagnostic for teams that are struggling to be
effective.
