PeopleThink will work with you to create a workshop or talk that brings the best of our model and expertise to the needs of your team or organization.

We offer stand-alone workshops and talks on a variety of people-related topics. Workshops range from a half-day to two days, and are dictated by your needs and time constraints. Talks are generally one to three hours in length, and are fully tailored to your requirements.

Personal Best Leadership – The Leader Who Makes a Difference
Providing leaders with the opportunity to master the five essential areas of leadership: 1) Challenging the Process, 2) Inspiring a Shared Vision, 3) Enabling Others to Act, 4) Modeling the Way, 5) Encouraging the Heart. Each participant will receive a 360o Leadership Practices Inventory Feedback Report (Kouzes & Posner) identifying your leadership strengths and opportunities for improvement.
 
Insights into Personal Effectiveness
Understand the dynamics of individuals and teams in order to enhance productivity. We use the Insights Discovery System to design a common language for communication and interaction. This experience is ideal for new or existing teams as they seek to communicate and interact with each other more effectively. All participants receive their own unique Insights Discovery Personal Report with sections on personal style, strengths and weaknesses, teamwork, communication blind spots and management.
 
Team Tune Up - Insights Into Team Effectiveness
Build a high-performance team. A customized workshop that focuses on team development needs. Using the results of our Team Effectiveness Diagnostic, PeopleThink will design a workshop to specifically address development areas identified in sixteen different, yet intrinsically linked, elements. This workshop will benefit the team as a whole, the individuals who work in it, and the task they are striving to achieve.
