Karen is Board Vice President for the Phoenix Society, an organization focused on providing support to burn survivors in their recovery. She is also a member of SheEO, an organization that finances and supports women-led business ventures; Bay Area OD Network (BODN); the Association for Talent Development (ATD); and Bay Area Consulting Network (BACN). She received her BS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco.
