What I found most valuable and useful in the KIR program is learning who I am naturally as a leader and tools to help me be a better leader starting now. Leadership coaching with Karen Colligan has been so invaluable to me. It has helped me grow as a leader, a professional, a friend, a mother and in general for myself.
